About Pioneer Soccer Referee Association

The PIAA and PSRA believe strongly that officiating is a major factor in the governance and success of the soccer game.  A “Soccer Referee” must possess a strong desire to continually improve, an interest in being more than just an average soccer referee, and motivated to be the best.  No one can give a soccer official “heart” or desire.

All soccer referees will not reach the pinnacle, but when a soccer referee stops learning, they have stopped their growth as an official.

Soccer officiating is a vigorous profession, and it demands that the referee be in excellent physical condition.  The official being able to give the very Best, on every Play, in every Game.
